If want to use the form and you have a firewall installed that will not allow you to submit the form, temporarily disable your firewall just prior to pressing the "Submit" button. After submitting the form, enable your firewall immediately after. Though there is no risk to your computer, if you feel uncomfortable with this, call the school to get the information to register your child.
